Log in to see and update your profile. You can find it in the upper right corner on mecenat.com/se and in the app.
Your e-mail address is also your user name. You enter it the first time you log in. If you have not done so, or do not have have access to the old e-mail address anymore, you can enter a new e-mail address. In that case you need to verify your identity with either Student-ID or Swedish Mobilt Bank-ID.
Your "customer number" with Mecenat. You can use it as an alternative to Mobilt Bank-ID when you log in the first time. You will receive it via e-mail if we have your e-mail address or via post.
We receive your postal address from the source that orders your card, so make sure that your university/student union/school/etc is updated with any new information. We use your postal address if we send you a physical card or a letter with you r Student-ID number, but usually most information is sent via e-mail or a push notice.
Depending on your settings you will receive notifications from Mecenat. Notifications involve updates on your mecenat card and information about student discounts.
