Log in to see and update your profile. You can find it in the upper right corner on mecenat.com/se and in the app.
E-mail address
Your e-mail address is also your user name. You enter it the first time you log in. If you have not done so, or do not have have access to the old e-mail address anymore, you can enter a new e-mail address. In that case you need to verify your identity with either Student-ID or Swedish Mobilt Bank-ID.
Student-ID
Your "customer number" with Mecenat. You can use it as an alternative to Mobilt Bank-ID when you log in the first time. You will receive it via e-mail if we have your e-mail address or otherwise via post.
Postal address
We receive your postal address from the source that orders your card, so make sure that your university/student union/school/etc is updated with any new information. We use your postal address if we need to send you a letter with your Student-ID number or some other information, but usually most information is sent via e-mail or a push noticfication.
Notifications
Depending on your settings you will receive notifications from Mecenat. Notifications involve updates on your mecenat card and information about student discounts.
The main communication channel. Used for updates regarding your card, new and interesting student discounts and monthly summary, Choose settings under My Profile.
Text message/SMS
Used to communicate select student discounts. Choose settings under My Profile.
Push notice
This channel is used for updates regarding your card and some select student discounts. It can be turned on/off under Settings in your phone.
