Your phone saves a cached card image so you can access the Mecenat card offline.
If your phone does not update your card even though you are up to date with Mecenat, follow these steps:
- It is usually enough to just switch off the app and restart it for the mobile to update, or log out and log in again.
- If that does not work - try erasing the app completely and downloading again, then the phone should reset and retrieve the correct data from us.
- Some android phones no longer clear the internal cache when the app is reinstalled. If so - clear the cache like this: Settings> Apps> Mecenat> Storage> Clear cache & Clear data
