1. Check your Mecenat card for the logo and maybe clear cache
Check that your card is updated by restarting the app. Make sure the app has access to internet/mobile data when you do it.
Sometimes you may have to clear app data/cache for the phone to update.
2. Check that you are entitled to the discount

3. Submit a certificate to Mecenat
Send us a valid certificate and we will upgrade the card. Send it via the support form below.
University student in Sweden (including exchange students registered at a Swedish university) - Submit a Ladok certificate. More information here.
Foreign university student - Submit a registration certificate dated to the current semester that shows your ECTS registrations.
Komvux, Yh, Folkhögskola - Ask your school for a Study Certificate (studieintyg). Welcome letters, acceptance letters, screenshots etc are not valid.
